I knew Kari before she was referred to me and was had she was my agent. The person at the front desk knew I had 2 little girls I sometimes had to bring with me and she had crayons and coloring pages for them to do....but I didn't have them that day. That was very sweet of her to do that. it wasn't all glitter and rainbows. However that wasn't Karis fault. The communication from the loan company was very poor and the closing was delayed 4 times. she was selected for me. AND I'm glad she was. She told me what to expect and walked me through everything.
